  1. Introduction
    Welcome to The Body Aesthetics & VFemme Reset. By booking an appointment or consultation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure your experience with us is safe, transparent, and of the highest standard.

  2. Our Services
    We provide bespoke, non-surgical aesthetic, intimate-health, and wellness treatments designed to enhance your confidence and overall well-being. Every client journey is unique, beginning with a thorough consultation to ensure your treatment plan is tailored to your needs.

  3. Bookings & Payments

  • Payments can be made via our approved payment methods at or before your appointment.

  • To amend or cancel your booking, please give at least 72 hours’ notice so we can offer your slot to another client.

  • In the rare case that we need to reschedule, we will always contact you promptly to arrange a convenient alternative.

  1. Consultations & Client Information
    Before your first treatment, we’ll complete a telephone consultation to understand your goals and discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and preferences. This helps us create a safe and personalised plan for you.
    All information shared is treated with complete confidentiality.

  2. Treatment Experience
    Our treatments are performed by trained professionals using trusted, evidence-based methods. Every step is explained clearly, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and feel fully informed before we begin. As every body is unique, treatment results and experiences vary from person to person.

  3. Concerns
    If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll review your request with care and fairness.

  4. After-Care
    We’ll provide detailed after-care guidance to help you enjoy the best possible outcome. Following this advice will support your results and comfort.
    If you’d like additional support or reassurance following your treatment, our team is always happy to assist.

  5. Refunds 
    We take great care to ensure every client is happy with their experience. Once a treatment has been carried out, refunds cannot be issued except where required by law.

  6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  7. Privacy & Data Protection
    Your privacy is extremely important to us. We collect and store personal information only to deliver your treatments safely and effectively. All data is handled in line with current data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  8. Intellectual Property
    All content, images, and materials related to The Body Aesthetics & VFemme Reset are owned by or licensed to us. These may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
