Sarah is a senior adult nurse with an exceptional 45-year healthcare career. She also holds a midwifery qualification and practiced as a midwife for many years. Having run her own community healthcare service for over two decades, Sarah’s clinical insight and reassuring presence make her a trusted figure in women’s care.
Amy – Co-Founder & Joint Clinical Lead
Amy is a registered adult nurse with 17 years of experience and a background in midwifery practice. She brings a modern, empathetic approach to women’s health and aesthetics, leading the development of The Body Aesthetics and our wellness sub-brand, Vfemme Reset. Her passion lies in helping women feel confident and supported through all life stages.
